The best way to reach us is by email. Whether it's a question about one of the books, a download that won't open, or an order, we read every message and typically reply within two business days.

Refunds

Refund requests go to the same address. If something you bought from us isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. It helps if you write from the email address you used at checkout.

Download trouble

If a file doesn't arrive, check your Promotions or spam folder first, since that's where download emails sometimes land. If it still isn't there, or a file won't open, just email us and we'll send it again.
