These terms explain how buying from Stepwise Press works and what you can do with the books and toolkits you get from us. We've tried to keep them short and in plain language. By using stepwisepress.com or buying from us, you agree to them, and if anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].

What we sell

Stepwise Press sells digital products, such as books in PDF form, workbooks, and printable or fillable toolkits. Nothing physical is shipped. After you pay, your files are available on the download page that follows checkout and by email, usually within a few minutes. If a file doesn't arrive or won't open, write to us and we'll send it again or help you get it working.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the page where you buy, and you pay the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our checkout, which runs on HighLevel, and we never see or store your full card number. Some pages offer an optional add-on during checkout or a one-click offer after it. These are charged only if you choose them, using the same card, and each one is listed in your receipt.

30-day money-back guarantee

If something you bought from us isn't useful to you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and depending on your bank they usually appear within five to ten business days.

Your license to use the files

When you buy or download a Stepwise Press product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself and your household, including helping family members with their own affairs. You're welcome to print as many copies as you need, fill in the forms, adapt the sample letters for your own situation, and share your filled-in pages with family members or professionals who are helping you. Please don't resell, post, or share the original files publicly or with people outside your household, or use them in a paid service or product, without our written permission. Stepwise Press keeps all copyright in its books, workbooks, and toolkits.

Our books and toolkits are educational information written to help you understand and organize practical tasks. They are not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice, and they don't create a professional relationship of any kind. Laws, rules, and agency requirements differ from state to state and change over time, so please check official sources and talk to a qualified professional, such as a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, or licensed contractor, about your own situation before you act.

Using the website

Please use stepwisepress.com lawfully and don't try to interfere with how it works or to access parts of it that aren't meant to be public. We work to keep the site and download links available, but we can't promise that they'll always be available or free of errors, and we may update or change our products and pages from time to time. Limitation of liability

We provide our products and website as they are, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make warranties beyond those stated in these terms. Stepwise Press isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our materials. If we are found liable to you for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Some states don't allow certain of these limits, so they apply to you only as far as your state's law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, please email us first, because most problems can be sorted out quickly that way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our site and products change. When we do, we'll post the new version here with an updated effective date, and the version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
